What rates and terms does EastBay Finance offer?
Our interest rates are ultra-competitive. Your individual repayment term will largely depend on the strength of your application.
How long does it take to process an application?
We’re fast and efficient. Most of our clients get an answer within normal business hours.
What happens once my loan is approved?
One of our friendly consultants will arrange a time and place that is convenient to you to explain and sign the loan contract.
And after that?
Something strange happens. Your quality of life improves. You realise you’re in partnership with one of the most respected finance companies in the business.
What age do I need to be to get a loan?
18 years or older.
How do I make my repayments?
Our preferred method is by direct debit or automatic payment on a regular date that suits you.
Is it possible for beneficiaries to get a loan with EastBay Finance?
If you meet our normal lending criteria we’ll find a way to help you.
What is the maximum loan term?
Term length depends on your weekly repayments. We try to ensure that our finance packages do not take longer than five years to repay. But this can be discussed in your application.
What if I can’t meet the repayments?
Most of our policies carry payment protection insurance. And remember, it’s our job to reduce risk. That’s why we only offer realistic and affordable repayment schemes.
What if I suddenly think of something I haven’t asked you about?
Just call us and ask your question and we’ll give you an answer. We’re here to help you.
What can I use as a security?
We’ll consider anything of value: your car, house contents, any suitable property.
Do we do unsecured loans?
In certain circumstances we will consider these loans.
But I really don’t think I’ve got anything to offer as security?
Ask a relative or friend if they can help you out. Co-guarantors make up a large part of our business.
How much can I borrow?
We’ll consider any amount above $1,000.

You can fill out our online application form or contact us to talk about an arrangement to suit your situation.
When you meet with our EastBay Finance consultant you will need to have handy:
Proof of ID
One of the following:
Passport
Driver’s Licence
Birth Certificate or other proof of birth details -
Or other suitable photo ID
Proof of Income
Bank statement no more than a month old
Latest Payslip (if relevant) OR
If self-employed your last GST return and last Statement of Profit may be needed for bigger loans.
Proof of Address
Power or phone invoices will suffice
When a loan is approved you will be told what you will need as each loan differs.
